  We've used this service for years and never had any problems. The last few months we've used them everything always seems to be wrong. Our order has just arrived (after 2 hours after ordering) the breakfasts were swimming in water and arrived without some main items. Jacket potatoes were cold and the butter wasn't even melted. All came without any salads that we had paid for extra. When calling the cafe to tell them about it all they said was to mention the manager when ordering again. Unfortunately we won't be ordering from their anymore due to slow service and poor standard food.

  I've been to family bakers for nine years and the service I received this week has been appaling. The eggs were black and runny on top. It was full of grease and the service was in acceptable I was also today not to come back if you are not satisfied. I feel this is wholly unacceptable and I will be making further complaint to the food standards agency. I will also be noting all of this information with TripAdvisor and visit mansfield I will also be entering a statement within the Chad newspaper about how rude and disrespectful your staff was after myself making a complaint.
